Unfortunately due to Brexit and the end of free movement of goods between EU and GB we are unable to clarify customs charges that may be incurred when ordering for delivery into the EU and as such we cannot except responsibility for any extra handling charges and kindly ask customers to check the situation In their country of residence before ordering. It seems Each country is operating differently but and we are working to clarify the situation. Some countries ad couriers are adding aditional handling fees also but this is something we are still trying to clarify as it seems to vary country to country. Any orders to EU will be subject to customs fees in the destination country, VAT will not be charged by us for the sale to EU countries as this will be charged on entry into the destination country.
At the moment this is out of our control but we are working to gain more clarity and to help customers. Some delays have occurred but most parcels are getting through in usual time but some countries such as Portugal are experiencing extra handling fees which are out of our control. We thank you for your patience and understanding and we hope to have service back to normal soon and we apologise for inconvienience this may cause. Also please note that any customers ordering to Sweden or other countries with potential restrictions should check the status of products being ordered as ethics & culture ltd cannot be held responsible for any extra fees incured or loss of goods due to seizure.
